Digital products
Because downloads and AI generation are digital services delivered immediately, completed downloads and successfully generated models are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where the service is materially defective.
Automatic credit return
When an AI provider rejects or fails a generation task, the reserved Forma3D credits are automatically returned. A disliked but technically successful result is not treated as a failed task.
Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Report duplicate charges or suspected unauthorised payments promptly. Forma3D may request transaction and account verification before a refund.
Technical defects
For a corrupt or materially misdescribed model, contact support with the model ID and evidence. Forma3D may replace the file, restore a download or issue a proportionate refund.
Chargebacks
Contact support before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restriction while legitimate statutory rights remain unaffected.
