Forma3D processes account details, preferred language, login and security records, subscription and credit transactions, seller payout details, uploaded files, support messages and technical device data needed to operate the service.
Why we use it
Data is used to provide accounts and downloads, generate AI models, calculate seller earnings, prevent abuse, process payments and payouts, send service notices and comply with legal obligations.
Processors and transfers
Hosting, storage, email, payment and AI generation providers may process only the data required for their service. Provider terms may involve processing outside your country. Forma3D does not sell personal data.
Retention and security
Account and transaction records are retained while required for the service, accounting, fraud prevention or law. Passwords are hashed; sessions, access controls and audit records protect accounts. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data. Transaction, security and legal records may need to be retained after account deletion.
Cookies
Forma3D uses essential session and security cookies. They are required for login, language selection, carts and CSRF protection; no advertising cookies are required by the current service.
