Standard commercial licence
A lawful download grants one user or organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the model in rendered images, video, games, applications, visualisations and physical end products.
What is not allowed
The source model, textures or substantially equivalent files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared publicly, included in an asset library or offered as a competing downloadable product.
Team use
Employees and contractors may access an asset only for the licensee's project and must not retain or reuse the source files for unrelated work.
AI outputs
AI-generated models are supplied subject to the AI provider's applicable terms and technical limitations. Users must verify that inputs and outputs do not infringe third-party rights before commercial use.
Seller warranty
Sellers confirm they own or control all required rights and that submitted assets, brands and training/reference materials may lawfully be offered on Forma3D.
Termination
A licence ends if these terms are materially breached. Completed end products created before termination may remain in use unless they are themselves unlawful or infringing.
